Demonstrate that you have the knowledge, practical experience, and step-by-step skills you need to successfully troubleshoot issues and support Everpure FlashArray™ products. Shorten your time to resolution and increase your customer satisfaction with a certification that proves you can be trusted to handle FlashArray support for your own data center or your customers’ data centers. Each Everpure Certified FlashArray Support Specialist will gain access to the Support Toolkit, which provides advanced troubleshooting tools and information. Targeted roles include internal Everpure Support Specialists, Partner Support Specialists who have root level access, and Enterprise or Dark Site customers who have root level access.

Take the Everpure Certified FlashArray Support Specialist Prep to get ready for this certification exam. This course is available to Pure Skill Explore or Advantage customers through Customer Academy, and to partners through Partner Academy. The Everpure Certified FlashArray Support Specialist Study Guide is a robust resource that will help you in preparing for your exam. Along with featuring all exam topics and associated subtopics, it includes recommended study resources and sample questions. Use the study guide to gauge your competency and tailor your study approach to achieve success in your certification journey.

The exam consists of 60 multiple choice scored questions, and an average of 15 unscored questions with a 120-minute time limit.

Certification Experience Guide

How is a certification exam administered?

Each certification exam is a multiple-choice online exam. It is proctored online, and you must have a webcam. The proctoring system will monitor you for the duration of the exam. Click here to learn more about the exam process.

Is the certification an open book exam?

No. You won’t be able to refer to any external materials during the exam.

Do I need to attend a training course before taking a certification exam?

Training is not required. However, we provide exam prep resources and other training courses to help you prepare for an exam. Each exam is designed to test your on-the-job experience.

Can Pure Skill be purchased through the website?

Each Associate exam costs $200. Each Professional and Specialist exam costs $300. Each Expert exam costs $400.

Does the certification expire?

Yes. Each IT professional certification is valid for three years.

How do I renew my certification?

IT Certifications carry a three-year validity period and must be renewed prior to the expiration date. All exams can be renewed by retaking the updated version of the exam. Learn more here.
The following alternative pathways to recertification are also available:
- The DSA exam is automatically renewed if you earn a Professional, Specialist, or Expert level certification.
- Continuing Everpure Education (CEE) credits for select FlashArray exams.
