Shorten your time to resolution and increase your customer satisfaction with a certification that proves you can be trusted to handle FlashArray support for your own data center or your customers’ data centers. Each Pure Storage Certified FlashArray Support Specialist will gain access to the Support Toolkit, which provides advanced troubleshooting tools and information. Targeted roles include internal Pure Storage Support Specialists, Partner Support Specialists who have root level access, and Enterprise or Dark Site customers who have root level access.
